Hill Country Memorial Hospital Foundation is hosting an annual Wills Clinic Monday, November 5, at the Tomforde Learning Center, which is located inside Hill County Memorial Hospital, 1020 South State Highway 16, in Fredericksburg.
The HCMH Foundation, in conjunction with area attorneys donating their time, is sponsoring the event as a free public service to the community. There will be two sessions, each with a variation in speakers, one at 1 p.m., and another at 5 p.m. Each will be about three hours in length.
Presenters will be local Fredericksburg attorneys Jennifer Bryla, Chris Schoessow, Gayle Schoessow and Jay Weinheimer.
Jennifer Bryla holds a BA in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a JD from St. Mary’s School of Law. Gayle Schoessow holds a BS in Agriculture Development from Texas A&M University and a JD in Legal Education from Baylor University School of Law. Chris Schoessow holds a BS in Business Management/Entrepreneurship from Baylor University, and a JD from Baylor University School of Law. Jay Weinheimer holds a BS in Engineering from the U. S. Merchant Marine Academy and a JD from the University of Texas Law School.

• Current developments of estate and tax planning
• Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations
• Advanced Directives
Provide and Protect books will be available at no cost for all participants. The Provide part shows you how to make good decisions to help your family. With a good plan you can avoid an accidental disinheritance and leave your family the gift of peace. The Protect part explains how you or a family member can make important medical decisions. If you are very ill or have a major medical problem, there are ways to protect you and your property.
