“Christmas is a-coming, the goose is getting fat,” and Keep Blanco Beautiful is preparing for the celebration! Plans are underway for the Best Christmas Spectacular Ever! Lights are going up in Bindseil Park. Stars and trees, reindeer and camels, candy canes and candles (oh my!) are being refurbished thanks to the hard work of volunteers. New scenes have been donated. All this activity is under the guidance of Darlene McGill, who is doing a terrific job of promoting the events. Space is available for business and civic groups to say Merry Christmas to Blanconians by setting up a Christmas wonderland scene promoting their activity.
