Olivia Mullen, a twenty year old college student at Texas State University, joined the Tejas Art Club in the fall of 2012. Since then, the art club has embraced her and helped her grow and develop in art.
"I came into the art club knowing very little about technique; I just had a love for painting. The other members really helped me out a lot and showed me the importance of developing my own style and loving what I do. No one helped me more than my grandma, Mita."
Olivia prefers to use oil and acrylic on canvas. This is Olivia with her first painting.
