Kendalia Community Church and Mt. Horeb Baptist Church hosted the first lenten luncheon at First Baptist Church of Blanco.
Every year Christians in Blanco have lunches during Lent. The free will offering supports the Blanco Ministerial Alliance. Those offerings are given to people passing through Blanco who need help with gas, food or lodging. Blanco Good Samaritan Center serves the local community with financial help. These lunches are a great time for fellowship, worship, and fun. Please participate and support those in need.
Feb. 21 – New Hope Lutheran and St. Michael’s Episcopal at Gem of the Hills. Feb. 28 – St. Ferdinand’s Catholic. Mar. 7 – Blanco First Baptist. Mar. 14 – Blanco United Methodist. Mar. 21 – Trinity Lutheran.
