The Panthers recorded two more district wins to maintain their tie with Ingram for first in the District 27-2A race.
On Tuesday, February 5, the Panthers sank the Vikings, 61-33. Brett Champion paced the team scoring 14 points. Kyle Sauceda and David Ramirez each added 10 points. Josh McCaslin scored 8 with Carlin Green adding 7. Colton Childress sank 6 points with Sam Isenberg making 4. Quinn Dillard scored 2 points.
On Friday, February 8 the Panthers beat the Bobcats, 39-38. Green led the team with 12 points. Sauceda scored 10, with Isenberg making 6. Champion made 5 points and Ramirez scored 4. Childress sank 2 points.
The Panthers will face Johnson City after press time, Tuesday, February 12.
