The rodeo's coming October 19 and 20, so pull on your boots, grab your ropes, pick up your date for the evening, and head to Yett Park in Blanco! It's the Second Annual EB Franklin Memorial Rodeo, produced by Lester Meier Rodeo Company, and a good time will be had by all!
Thursday, October 18, there will be a jackpot county roping, open to Blanco and surrounding counties, with buckles going to open and incentive winners.
Friday and Saturday evenings, starting at 7:30 PM, there will be all the rodeo events everybody loves, starting at 7:30 PM, plus the mutton busting, steer saddling, and a calf scramble, along with drill teams and specialty acts. And best of all, the price is right - one ticket gets you into the rodeo and the dance is free, so you'll still have money for food and beverages!
Friday night, you can dance to Cameran Nelson and Guardrail Damage Ahead and Saturday night to Southern Mix from 9 until 1 after the rodeo! Again, admission to the dances is free.
So bring the entire family, your in-laws, your outlaws, and your kids and spend the evening with us at Yett Park, 1813 US Hwy 281 South, in Blanco, Texas!
