Well, the sun is shining here (hope it is wherever you are) and the weather is brisk, which makes for good sleeping weather - not too cold, but not stuffy either. Enjoy it - the next freeze is right around the corner! Maybe we will have a white Christmas - at least we know somebody will!
Happy birthday, Ruby Barnard!!!!! I wasn’t able to be one of the ones to celebrate with Ruby at her big party at Uptown Blanco on Saturday, but on Sunday at church it seemed like one whole side was filled with her family! It was a treat to see them all!
Thoughts and prayers go out to all the families in Newtown, Connecticut. No debating, just thoughts and prayers.
This is probably more appropriate for a Thanksgiving column, but I am blessed to have such great friends here in Blanco. You all are swell!
