Bryan Scott Mumme, 30, from Blanco, Texas passed away on Sunday November 23, 2014 in Detroit, Michigan.
Bryan was born July 30, 1984 in San Antonio, Texas to Tammy L. Bass and Lance Scott Mumme. Bryan grew up in Blanco, Texas and attended Blanco Schools from pre-k through 12th grade and was in the graduating class of 2002. Bryan served our country in the United States Air Force where he trained in Environmental and Electrical Systems and went on to continue his training in Avionics. When Bryan got out of the Air Force, he worked civil service in avionics for the Air Force and later became a Senior Technician at Armstrong Aeromod. Bryan was great at what he did and loved his job.
Bryan was preceded in death by his father Lance Scott Mumme and his grandparents Don Bass, Lee Mumme, and Carol Mott. Bryan is survived by his mother Tammy Bass, sister Bridget Mumme Weber and husband Cody, grandmother Virgie McHugh and husband Gaylan, Aunts Shelli Maly and husband Lynn, Donna Goddard and husband Bobby, Lori Mumme Nesloney and Keri Mumme Patterson, cousins Kimberly Holdeman, Chris Goddard, Colton Barrow, Cory McMain and many more, and fiancee Maggie McCuiston. Bryan had a multitude of friends throughout life, ones he grew up with and ones he met along the way. Bryan is also survived by the most important person in his life, his son Kaden Scott Mumme. Bryan would have loved to watch his son grow up and become a wonderful man but instead will be Kaden’s guardian angel throughout life, watching over him in everything he does.
