A special thanks to all who were able to make it to hear Ann Shelton talk about “Texas Women on the Cattle Trails.” Ann is a charming speaker full of information. I am glad some of you were able to talk with her one-on-one after the program!

We at the library would also like to thank Sibby Barrett and her staff at Onion Creek Kitchens for providing the delicious spread for our Annual Friends of the Library Mixer. The food was fabulous, the setting picturesque, and the company was delightful! Thank you to our donors who were willing to brave the cold for making it perfect.

Our angel tree is back up for the season! Show your caring side by donating and putting your name or your loved one’s name on an angel or dove, each one only costs $5. If you are donating in the name of a loved one, you can take a card to give to them to let them know how special they are.
