3rd Annual Western Showcase is Just Around the Corner (Community News)

BlancoBarby will host Cousin Jerry who will broadcast live at 3rd Annual Blanco Western Showcase this Saturday. Jerry will be arriving about 1pm for the afternoon. Jerry is known for so much history of country music, but most noted, he was the very first DJ to play (spin) George Straits’ first record on the air. He’ll share this story and more during the Western Showcase.

There will be something for everyone. This event includes vendors with crafts and food, entertainment/music, Re-enactments, chuck wagon food, carriage rides, museum tours, and more during the day. Then Sat. night there will be an old fashion street dance starting at 8pm. There will be beer, wine, sodas, and water available at the dance. It’s not too late to sponsor, be a vendor, or even volunteer. Just contact the Buggy Barn Museum.
