Several members of the Blanco FFA Chapter recently attended the annual State FFA Convention in Ft. Worth where they were recognized on stage for their accomplishments. In all, more than 10,000 FFA members from across the state attended this year’s convention.
Among the first to be recognized on stage was Brenna Wallace as she was an area winner and state finalist for the Star Greenhand Award which recognizes the most outstanding first year FFA members.
In addition, Kari Graham, Dylan Bates and Logan Dodd were awarded their State FFA Degrees. This is the highest individual honor that an FFA member can achieve based on their involvement in the FFA.
