This year’s Spangle Dangle Celebration was held at the Blanco County Fairgrounds over the 4th of July weekend.
Festivities began Friday afternoon with the hope of what would soon prove to be, ‘The Best One Yet!’ Mr. Spangle Dangle himself, Dale Hardy of Johnson City, was more than pleased with the day’s festivities and growing support. Patriots from near and far began arriving two hours before the gates opened.
You could feel the excitement all around, the immeasurable sense of appreciation and gratitude held by all, for all. Yes, the 4th of July, 2014 was an excellent evening here in the Hill Country.
