At Ingram on Tuesday, April 18, the Panthers took a decisive win over the Warriors, 12-2. Grant Calzoncit pitched 4 innings and picked up the win. Chase Glowka batted 2 for 2. Kyle Gray hit 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 rbi. The Panthers had 9 hits on the night.
On Friday, April 11, Blanco lost a nail-bitter to the Johnson City Eagles, 3-4,. Josh McCaslin started on the mound and went 5 strong innings, while scattering only 3 hits. Kyle Gray hit 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and 2 rbi.
The Panthers travel to Comfort on Thursday to tangle with the Bobcats. Saturday, April 19, the Junior Varsity and Varsity play alumni in games starting at 1:00pm.
