We are pleased to announce the creation of a website dedicated to the historical archives of the Record Courier, Blanco County News, Blanco County Record, and more! Join us April 10th, 6-7pm for our open house and tour the website! This web page was created through the Texas Treasures grant in collaboration between our library and Johnson City Library. Please feel free to browse: http://blanco.advantage-preservation.com/. Do not worry if you miss us on April 10th, because we are having a second open house on May 8th from 12-1pm.

Also, be sure to take pictures around this beautiful spring time Blanco because our Photo Contest for the 2015 calendar is starting soon! This year we are giving away a Kindle.

As always, remember to check our website at www.blancolib.org or call us at 830-833-4280 for more information.

Recently Added Bestsellers: The New Jim Crow by Michelle Alexander, Private L.A. by James Patterson, Cockroaches by Jo Nesbo, Tale for the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki, and The Gingerbread Man by Catherine McCafferty.
