On Tuesday, December 17, the Panther girls Varsity team lost in overtime to the Harper Lady Horns, 65-67. Lexee Jenkins led the Panthers blazing the nets with 24 points. Charlsey Smith, Meaghen Seales, and Jamie McClinton each scored 12 points. Reagan Rogers added 4 with Payton Savarino making 1 point.
The Junior Varsity defeated the Lady Horns 32-25. Andrea Calzoncit nailed 13 points, with Hannah Hulburt and Brenna Wallace each scoring 4. Gracie Edmondson and Shayna Srackangast each made 3 points. Montana Wiseman and Katlinn Calzoncit scored 2 points each, while Victoria Moya added 1.
The Varsity Panthers travel to Navarro on December 31 and then open district play at home on January 3 against Comfort. JV plays at 5:00, followed by the Varsity. Come support your Panthers!
