Brittani Roberts and Tanya Watson of “Save the Trophy Racks” just finished a 3Day 60 mile walk on November 1st-3rd to help put an end to breast cancer. Between the walkers, youth core and crew members 3.3 million dollars was raised for breast cancer research and prevention.
In order to participate in the walk they had to raise $2300.00 each so they held a “Save the Trophy Racks” Softball Tournament on October 19th and would like to express their gratitude to the following for making it such a huge success: Wal-Mart in Fredericksburg, Johnson City Bank, HEB, Sonic in Blanco, Subway in Johnson City, Super S in Johnson City, El Agave, El Charro, Pecan Street Brewery, Johnson City Youth Football League, Lowes in Marble Falls, Tractor Supply in Marble Falls, Pedernales Brewery , Rural Roots, M Style Salon, Vaaler Creek Golf Club, Uptown Blanco Restaurant, Nest Vintage, Garrison Brothers, William and Chris Vineyards, Becker Vineyards, Johnson City Liquor Store, Hillside Acres, Songbird Meadows, KOA Fredericksburg, Benson Farm and Ranch, Harvest House, Tony and Katy Gonzales, Gary and Melinda Ledbetter, Bryan and Carrie Anders, FUMC Youth Group, Shanna Braun, Cindy Leonard, DJ Electric and all the teams that participated.
