The Blanco High School Leo Club has been very active in the community since school has started.
After every home football game they have gathered at 9am at Panther Stadium to clean up the stands. They served BBQ plates, welcomed visitors, and helped with the buggy rides at the Blanco EMS fundraiser in October. Recently, they attended a meeting at the Blanco County Historical Commission at Twin Sisters Dance Hall. They helped serve a covered dish meal and listened to the guest speaker, Steve Dean.
In November, they volunteered at the Tomahawk and Knife Throwing Competition and are looking forward to hanging Christmas lights in Bindseil Park.
